We made a Chicken and Mushroom curry pie using our curry leftover from yesterday
Prep Time 10 mins
Cooking Time 20 mins dependant on pastry
Partly cook mushrooms and add some cream simmer for 5 mins and than add the leftover curry. Allow to cool and than add to individual ramekins or a large dish.
Roll out puff pastry and add to the top of ramekins or dish and cook as per instructions on the packet.
Serve with seasonal vegetables and creamy mash potatoes – delicious !!
