Mums Masala Spicy Lamb Kebabs
These spicy lamb kebabs are perfect for the barbecue. Serve with hot pitta bread and tomato and chilli chutney.
Add half a jar of Mums Masala to 500g of minced lamb, finely chopped corriander and 1 egg(optional), bind together, press 2-3 tbsp of lamb around skewers to form kebabs, ready serve with a dressing made up of yogurt, mint and cucumber. Serve with Indian-style bread !
